1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to BRAGMODE (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, including claiming your World Cup Heritage supporter card and locking in predictions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Registry Scarcity & Digital Collectibles
BRAGMODE offers digital collectibles representing supporter identity and predictions. Each nation has a maximum of 1,000 original Founder slots. Once a nation's slots are claimed, no further original Founder cards for that nation will be issued. The digital cards are for entertainment and collector purposes only.
3. User Predictions & Vault Rules
All football predictions and "Hot Takes" must be entered and locked in prior to the official kickoff of the tournament. Predictions cannot be modified once payment is processed and the card is minted in the Sovereign Vault. You represent that your submitted prediction data complies with all applicable community guidelines.
4. Payments & Refunds
Acquisition of a verified Founder Status card requires a one-time payment of $1.99. Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments. Due to the immediate generation and permanent registry of your supporter number, all claims are final, and we do not offer refunds.
